As part of this consultation, we also perform face mapping, a professional analysis of your skin’s different zones to uncover concerns, lifestyle triggers, and treatment needs.
After your purchase, you will receive a form to complete, allowing us to understand your skin history and routine in detail. Once you have filled it in and emailed it back to us, we will schedule your one-on-one video consultation.
During the session, our skin specialist will review your responses, conduct virtual face mapping, and design a personalised treatment plan for you. All findings are carefully documented and monitored so we can track your skin’s progress over time.
